The Core Technology Behind Our Multi-Country Patents

This is Young Cycle's exclusive patented design:
the lid of the stamp box is itself a marking tool — one box that serves both as storage and as a marking aid.
It solves three things for the user —

• Alignment guidance: insert the stamp into the hole in the lid and it self-aligns vertically, sitting flat against the workpiece — no more fiddly positioning.
• Hand protection: no need to hold the stamp by hand while striking, avoiding the risk of hitting your hand as with traditional hand-held marking.
• Even depth: the stamp drops vertically through the hole and sits flush against the surface, so every character is marked to a more consistent depth and a clearer impression.

Marking is still done one character at a time; the three-hole layout is designed to match the shape of the lid.
This design is also a key identifier of the YC brand in international markets.
