Young Cycle Industrial Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "the Company") respects your privacy.
This policy explains how we collect, use, retain and protect your personal data when you browse this website or contact us through our enquiry form.

2. What this website is
This is a static product-information website. There is no shopping cart, no online checkout, no payment processing of any kind, no user registration or login, and no newsletter subscription. The only place this website collects your personal data is the enquiry form on the Contact page. Quotations, orders and payment are handled separately, off this website, by email or other direct means.
3. Data we collect
1. Data you enter yourself: name, company name, email address, telephone number, country/region, and the details of your requirement (product category, character height, quantity, notes). If you use the attachment field to upload artwork or a logo, the contents of that file are included here.
2. Data logged automatically: our hosting provider's servers log general connection information — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL and access time.
3. Website analytics: pages visited, time on page, approximate location and device type, collected in anonymised form by Google Analytics 4.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (such as health, race, political opinions or religious beliefs). Please do not include such information in your enquiry or attachments.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We use your data only to: reply to your enquiry and provide a quotation, send product catalogues and related information, carry out follow-up business correspondence, keep the website running and secure, and understand site usage in aggregate.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are:
・Pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): handling your enquiry and quotation.
・Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): keeping the website secure and preventing abuse.
・Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): analytics cookies, used to understand site usage in aggregate. This website does not currently show a consent banner — analytics starts on page load; you may object at any time by disabling it in any of the ways described in section 5, with no loss of functionality.
・Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): keeping the records required by tax and commercial accounting law.
Providing your data is voluntary. If you do not complete the fields marked as required on the enquiry form, we may be unable to quote.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website sets only two cookies, both from Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-N700F2S0D4), used to distinguish unique visitors and count sessions: _ga and _ga_N700F2S0D4.
We have not enabled Google advertising features. We do not carry out cross-site advertising tracking and we do not do personalised marketing. GA4 does not record full IP addresses by default.
You can disable analytics tracking in any of these ways: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or use your browser's private/incognito mode. Doing so does not affect browsing or submitting an enquiry.
6. Third-party services we use
・Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting and enquiry form handling; processes server logs and the content of the form you submit.
・Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): traffic analysis, see section 5.
・Google Fonts: the typefaces on this site are loaded from Google's servers, and your IP address is transmitted to Google when they load.
・Google Maps: the Contact page embeds a Google map showing our location. The map is loaded by Google, which receives your IP address and may set Google's own cookies in your browser. If you prefer to avoid this, do not scroll to the map section, or block third-party content in your browser.
・Google Workspace: our email service; the messages you send us and our replies are stored there.
・Cloudflare (cdnjs, USA) and jsDelivr: the export world map on our home page loads its charting library and boundary data from these CDNs; your IP address is transmitted to them when it loads.
・Freight forwarders: only where you actually place an order, and only the recipient and address details needed to complete shipment.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to the purposes above. Apart from the cases described here, disclosure occurs only where required by law or in cooperation with an investigation by a competent authority.
7. International transfers
We are based in Taiwan. Because of the services above, your data may be transferred to Taiwan, the United States, Ireland and other countries where our providers host their infrastructure. For data transferred out of the EEA or the UK, those providers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as appropriate safeguards.
8. Retention periods
・Enquiries and correspondence: 5 years from our last contact, to support follow-up quotations and repeat orders.
・Transaction and accounting records: for the period required by Taiwanese tax and commercial accounting law.
・Server logs: retained by our hosting provider under its own policy, generally no longer than 12 months.
・Analytics data: retained under our Google Analytics 4 settings, for a maximum of 14 months.
Once these periods expire, or the purpose no longer applies, we delete or anonymise your personal data.
9. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including site-wide HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted internal access, and the use of service providers with established security practices. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee that your data will be free from unauthorised access in all circumstances.
10. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan, you may request access to, review of, or a copy of the personal data we hold about you; request that it be supplemented or corrected; request that its collection, processing or use be discontinued; or request its erasure.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

If you believe our processing infringes applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the EEA, the data protection authority of your country of residence; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
11. Children and external links
This website is intended for business-to-business use and is not directed at children; we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
This website contains links to third-party services (such as WhatsApp and LINE). Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or data practices.
12. Changes, governing law and contact
We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time. Revised versions are published on this website with an updated date below; where a change is material we will announce it prominently.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taiwan Taichung District Court as the court of first instance. This clause does not affect any rights you have under mandatory data protection law in your place of residence.
